Loading Glitch

Hey Jammers! For some reason it was taking forever to load my den but when it was finally done it did this!

When I logged out and tried again...TWICE...it did this....TWICE!

Anyone know what the heck is going on?
Basically though, I cant play animal jam for i dont know how long. :\
